You'd Think I'd Learn, Eh?

Please note: there was a half giggle trying to escape as I typed that ...

... just in case you haven't heard yet, hop on over to grrl & dog, check out &:

Did I commit myself to this? What do you think? lol ... guess you'll just have to wait and see. Who knows, you just might get inspired (click on the above image for more information).

In other news ... it's nearly 1:00am and I thought I would be a bit further along with these (though a smart cookie would have just focused on one ... never claimed to be that cookie & besides, both nagged me into creation). Look at the previous post to see where I left off ... might not look like I've made much headway ... here's an update, just the same.

as neither are currently titled, here's the light box:

And here's the dark one:

... what the heck are all those little black and white thingies on the wax paper?!?

I told uber-spouse that I'd finish at least one before I hit the pillows ... and bets on which one it will be?!?

Question ... do you dream in technicolor?

Ahhhh...that old "nagged into creation" thing. I totally get that! =) I love both the boxes and all the little cranes, too!

And yes, I dream in technicolor!

Cheers,
Donna

Wicked cool lid box! And nope, black and white or very muted color.

Wonderful items. You must have had a great time making those.

I dream in color and if I'm flying in my dreams I can feel the breeze.

woo! looking good, michelle! yeah, i signed up for the guerilla (k)nit up too(although grrl says since i can't knit i'll be a chimp, and not a bona fide guerilla)... i'm thinking about getting one of those plastic knitting thingies (you wrap the yarn around parts of them?) at jo anne's and seeing what comes of that. sheesh! so many tempting opportunities!

Apparently, I need an updated dream-box...I'm still dreaming in black and white. And now I'm wondering why some dream in technicolor and some of us don't. Is it a developed ability?

Guerilla knitting looks f-u-n!

Your boxes are amazing. All those little cranes! I've tried to make them but just can't get the hang of it.
